Expelled from the Ivory Realms in his youth for practicing black magic and ethical misconduct, Arthgal harbors a deep-seated hatred for House Dawnbreaker and the Ivory Realm. This animosity occasionally leads him to trade with Lothar, seeking allies to further his malevolent aims and destabilize the Ivory Realm when possible.
The capital city of Issanoth is Frostfall, a place as cold and unforgiving as its ruler. At the center of Frostfall stands a large, ornate frozen castle, a testament to the power and grandeur of The Order of the Frozen Heart.
