Background: Lazarus was once a holy paladin and fierce warrior who faithfully served the Ivory Realm. As fates would have it, Lazarus fell in love with a noble, but evil, sorceress bound to House Lothar. His lust for her clouded his faith and led him down a dark and twisted path. Lazarus, blinded by his desires, ultimately outright betraying the Ivory Realm and House Dawnbreaker. When his fall from the faith and his betrayal were uncovered, he was excommunicated from the realm and the church. Lost and broken he traveled to Tovack on a quest to potentially redeem himself and bring honor back to his name but he fell victim to Lord Malachi Thorne and was eventually tortured, bent, and twisted into an undead death knight bound to serve House Thorne for eternity. He's now one of the four Bone Lords of Tovack, relentlessly executing Thorne’s nefarious plans and spreading darkness across Zyricus.
