Seeing an opportunity to expand his influence beyond the Nine Hells, Belzzorath sought a mortal conduit through which he could channel his infernal power and establish a foothold in Zyricus.

This conduit was Ket'Thal, a dark mage and warlock from the coastal nation of Klethos. Ket'Thal, consumed by his obsession with undeath and immortality, was a willing servant. In exchange for eternal life and unparalleled necromantic power, Ket'Thal opened a portal to the Nine Hells, allowing Belzzorath to partially manifest in the material plane. The cataclysmic event that followed became known as the Great Cataclysm, a catastrophe that left Klethos in ruins and forever changed its fate.

Bound to a necropolis floating above the cursed land of Klethos, Belzzorath now reigns as an unholy deity. His physical form, a towering figure wreathed in flames and shadow, is both awe-inspiring and terrifying. His eyes burn with malevolent intelligence, and his voice echoes with the promise of eternal damnation.

Unable to fully traverse the material plane due to ancient wards and bindings, Belzzorath relies on his most loyal servant, Nathrak Ultar. Nathrak, an utterly evil warlock, acts as Belzorath’s enforcer and steward. He holds dominion over Klethos, ever watchful from the perch of the Necropolis that still lingers above the shores of Klethos.

Under Morzath's command, the Order and the Sisters of the Void worship Belzzorath as a living god. They conduct dark rituals, enslave goblin thralls, and maintain a reign of terror over the desolate land of Klethos. Belzzorath’s influence ensures that the land remains a place of corruption and despair, with the stench of brimstone and the cries of the damned ever-present.
